  I will not apologise for my distaste in the past for it were with my every right I felt so distraught however... I went in after almost a year and my goodness was the service a great deal improved. Don't know whether the staff changed over or not but the same people from that day were NOT present.

  Early days staff were little smart Rrrses. Recently .. say past year or so.. we have seen a significant change and most do now have quite good customer skills. Staff conduct can make or break a customer's experience. Encourage them to interact more with the customer. I noticed someone else mentioned the seats were uncomfortable. What that person is referring to are the fold up seat bases. They were either not adjusted properly when first installed, or they are worn out. The seat base slopes downwards when you sit on them. You have a tendency to slide off them, resulting in back strain for some people. This subject is often mentioned when people talk about the cimema. The rigid seats are fine and very comfortable. The sound system is great, and overall is a gr8 place to visit. Cheers.

  really good! i got there all the time with my friends and family. i'd like it if the advertisements were shorter...if you get there early to watch your movie, it's boring watching through the ads, and they are always the same ads (which gets really boring and annoying if you go there a lot). however, the length of the ads are good if you are late

  It would be nice to see healthy option snacks made available and a few dietary requirements for the gold room. Also why can't you have a ticket booth separate from the candy bar?

  P.s I respect that you're defending your love and life but your seating arrangement can be improved. The centre of a screen is the best for many people, wouldn't you agree?
